Preserving Tradition. Grateful for the Journey.
We are deeply thankful to the State of Texas and the United States of America for giving us the platform to share & preserve this cultural heritage on some of the world’s biggest stages.
Shivam is committed to preserving and promoting the traditional art form of Dhol Tasha while bringing it to global audiences.
Rooted in Tradition. Built for the World Stage.
Dhol and Tasha have historically been used in celebrations, festivals, and victory marches. During historic times, these instruments symbolized strength and unity; when the drums played, it meant the flag still stood.
Today, this tradition represents the cultural heritage of Maharashtra while connecting global audiences through rhythm and energy.

Cultural Impact
Beyond major stages, Shivam contributes to community life through voluntary performances at Diwali, Holi, Shiv Jayanti, Ganeshotsav, Bathukamma, India Independence Day, Mahatma Gandhi Jayanti, and art festivals. Alongside regular training to fresher with no background and mentorship, these efforts help preserve Maharashtrian dhol tasha while bringing the art form to wider audiences.
